Two stories intersect only when their characters are in the same place at the same time. Story One is about a hit man named Wong Chi-ming and a woman he calls his "partner." Story Two revolves around Wong Chi-ming's partner, who lives in the same building with Ho Chi-mo, a crazy delinquent whom she helps elude police.
