In post-apocalyptic Japan, Tokyo has been transformed into a windswept desert. After witnessing the brutal murder of her husband and child, Milly is mutilated and left for dead. When she awakes in a deserted hospital, she finds her body partly mechanized, and she sets into motion a bloody spree of vengeance on the attackers.
