Sumida and his schoolmate Keiko are 14-year-old school kids and friends living a hell. Each has a parent who is abusive verbally and physically. In a rage, Sumida kills his father. Assuming his life is ruined, he aims to improve society by murdering "bad" people, until Keiko’s love convinces him that he is mentally ill and needs help.
